The extra calories in your body should be used by your body to produce energy, rather than you giving your body calories. Get yourself a suitable diet chart which will tell you what to eat and what to avoid. Make a list of what you usually eat and see how many calories each food item has. The next step is to cut food items which have high calorific value. Eat food items which don’t give you many calories. This way you will have a control over your calorie intake.

Keeping the Weight Off In The Long Run

Once you have achieved a good bit of control over it, results will start coming out. You can easily observe a good bit of difference in your weight in a month or so. Once you have lost your weight, you have to continue doing things as before so as to make it stay longer. If you will stop following the procedure, you will gain you lost weight back again after only 10-15 days. So better would be to continue with it and stay smart throughout your life. There are so many added benefits of losing weight apart from looking smart and young; it has been observed that it also elongates your life span by keeping you healthy and fit.     I lost 3 more pounds and 4 pounds of body fat at my last weekly checkup and have now reached my first goal. My next one is another 30 pounds. I would like to achieve this in six weeks. This time it will be more difficult, considering that I lost over 12 pounds in the first week. I am going to try my hardest to lose 3 to 4 pounds per week.

    I receive weekly injections at Medi Clinic of vitamins B12 and B1/B6. They really help me to stay with the program.
