    I lost 3 more pounds and 4 pounds of body fat at my last weekly checkup and have now reached my first goal. My next one is another 30 pounds. I would like to achieve this in six weeks. This time it will be more difficult, considering that I lost over 12 pounds in the first week. I am going to try my hardest to lose 3 to 4 pounds per week.

    I receive weekly injections at Medi Clinic of vitamins B12 and B1/B6. They really help me to stay with the program.
