Lose Weight Fast - Tips to Lose Belly Fat

When you look in the mirror do you see someone fat looking back at you. Do you see belly flab around your waist? Do you see a fat bum or is it your puffy face puffiness that has you concerned. Once again you are not alone. It is always around New Year when a good diet is sought after by people who have over indulged. Do not worry there is plenty of diets and fat loss programs to choose from to help you lose weight, however finding the best diet that is safe could be your biggest worry.
It is true that our body needs protein; however it only needs the amount found in a very small piece of meat. Being a vegetarian is a difficult choice that takes a whole lot of planning and effort in order to be healthy. I personally am not and I choose to eat pork, chicken and fish on a daily basis. I have a good steak or hamburger once a week. I know that it is very difficult to cut back on your food intake, which is why it is so important to just change the type of things that we eat on a regular basis.
Also, reducing fats is important as well if you want to get rid of body fat and improve your overall health. BUT, reducing ALL fats is only going to make your transformation goals difficult… and you run the risk of developing health problems later on. This is because your body needs good fats (monounsaturated, omega fatty acids) which helps with fat loss, improves your heart health, and so much more. The types of fats I do recommend you avoid however are saturated fat and DEFINITELY trans fat!
Strength training is still the most effective way of burning abdominal fat. Building up lean muscle burns more calories from your body than any other methods. By strength training, you can build up your muscle mass and this will increase your metabolism, and as a result, burn abdominal fat more quickly than any other methods. Most women wrongly think that strength training will increase the size of their muscles. However, this is absolutely untrue, and you can build up your muscle mass and without increasing the size of your muscles too much. Overtraining is also not advised.
Melt pounds away with peppers - You may have heard that hot peppers fuel your metabolism, helping you slim down. This is 100% true, and something Asian women have been using to reduce stomach fat for ages!
Red, green, hot, or sweet, all peppers contain a rich supply of “capsinoids” which have been proven to attack belly fat and break it down for good. Try to get some sort of pepper into your meals 3 times a week to max out the effect.
Citrus is another excellent source of fiber. Instead of drinking orange juice, eat an orange instead. One orange is packed full of fiber and can really help you feel full faster!
