    When a person is looking to burn fat fast there are a few things that are needed to insure success. There are many reasons why people struggle to burn fat fast and most of them have come from misinformation. We have been told that there are simple answers that do not take any effort. This is untrue.

    Let’s take a look at some interesting information first:

    - Over 65% of America is considered overweight.

    -Nearly 50% of Europe is considered overweight

    - It is estimated that weight loss is a 70 billion dollar a year industry, and that number continues to climb

    - Overweight people, on average, will try 4 different weight loss solutions a year

    - Barely 15% of them will succeed

    - Over 4000 deaths a year are directly contributed to obesity.

    After taking a look at these facts it is no wonder that there are hundreds of companies out there today that claim to be able to burn fat fast. Most of the time the products that they sell do give weight loss to their costumer, but they do not burn fat fast, they lose weight that shouldn’t be lost, like water weight or muscle weight.

    The truth of the matter is that these companies are only looking to keep their costomers un-informed about what is actually going on. As long as the costomer feels they burn fat fast because the scale reads less than it did before, they are happy, no matter the cost on the person taking their products. By dehydrating the body the scale will look better, but the long term effects on the body can be devastating. This is easy to see when one considers that the body is made up of seventy-some percent water. We obviously need to be hydrated to function well; the human body can only survive 3-4 days without water.

    The fad diets that claim to burn fat fast are usually robbing your body of its lean muscle. By starving the body, you are actually taking away from your muscle mass in order to obtain the proper amount of calories and nutrients needed to survive.

    In both these scenarios, studies have shown that, while you lose weight according to the scale, the average person will gain pounds in the long run instead of losing them and keeping them off. But the weight loss companies do not want you to know this; they depend upon people being return costomers. Think about it, if no one needed to lose weight anymore, if their products worked forever, who would they sell to, how would they make money.

    The real answer of how to burn fat fast, is that there is a combination of things needed. To successfully burn fat fast you need to have a proper diet and exercise, you need to burn as many calories as you eat, if not more. You also need the proper nutrition to, not only burn fat fast, but to keep it off in the long run. The body was made to burn fat, but if it does not get the correct amount of vitamins and minerals it cannot do its job well. Having the body’s PH levels correct is also essential when you want to burn fat fast. When the body is too acidic (which most are) it has a difficult time burning excess fat because the acidity is stored in the fat.

    The want to burn fat fast is understandable, but one needs to have the correct information in order to achieve this. Do not fall prey to businesses that want you as a repeat costumer, get the facts. Remember only you have the power to change your life.

    Lose Fat Fast With These 3 Components Of An Overall Plan

    There are no secrets to finding ways to lose fat fast. It’s common knowledge, but it just takes a willing individual who really wants to lose fat and is ready to commit to some basic lifestyle changes in order to achieve a goal. You can start by setting yourself up with a goal of how much weight you’d like to lose and begin one day at a time with a simple plan that fits your lifestyle and fitness level.

    The three important components to allow you to lose fat fast are critical to understand and figure out ways to incorporate each into your lifestyle in order to lose fat fast. These three components include diet, exercise and rest. Yes, rest is a key component. You can’t burn calories unless you get some solid rest and sleep. It’s a proven fact that individuals who don’t get enough rest and sleep can actually gain weight instead of losing weight, given the diet and exercise are the same between those who rest and those who don’t.

    Diet is critical in shedding weight. Turn away from high carbohydrate foods, essentially anything that’s white. Break this down into white flour products like bread, pasta and flour tortillas, white rice and also white fruits like apples and bananas. Reach for darker fruits and higher fiber grains, but limiting the grains more and opting for higher protein foods. Meats, cheeses and vegetables and fruits comprise a low-carbohydrate diet which you need to incorporate more of into your daily diet and every meal.

If your fitness level is a bit higher, then try a regular running program where you can increase the amount of time you spend running weekly, even if it’s just a couple more minutes. Running and walking and doing some kind of prolonged physical activity should be done four to six days per week, with one day to rest.

    Additional rest means getting more than 6 hours of sleep nightly and using that one day a week to rest rather than doing more exercise or physical activity. You can easily burn yourself out if you start this too fast.

    Within a short amount of time you’ll find that the weight is naturally falling off and you start feeling much better overall.
